Terms of Service

Who provides this service

Royat Deploy is operated by مؤسسة رؤيات (Royat). Contact: support@royat.io. We aim to reply within one business day.

The service

Royat Deploy is a managed deployment platform. You connect a Git repository or a container image, and we build and run it on our infrastructure, with HTTPS and a subdomain provided automatically.

Plans and price

PlanIncludedPer-resource limitPrice
Free1 application + 1 database256 MB RAM / 0.25 CPU each0 SAR
Starter3 applications and databases512 MB RAM / 0.5 CPU30 SAR per month (about $8)
Pro5 applications and databases512 MB RAM / 1 CPU75 SAR per month (about $20)

Nothing is billed by usage. The price of your plan is the entire amount you pay. Exceeding what your plan includes does not produce a charge: creating another resource is refused, and a resource that reaches its memory limit is slowed or restarted. There is no mechanism in this service that can bill you more than the plan price.

Prices shown elsewhere in US dollars are converted at the fixed rate of 3.75 SAR to the dollar; the amount charged is always in Saudi Riyals.

The plan price is the final price. Royat is not currently registered for value added tax, so no VAT is charged and no VAT is included. Payment documents we issue are ordinary payment receipts and are not tax invoices. If our registration status changes, this page and the receipts will be updated before any tax is applied.

There is no automatic renewal

We do not store your card and we never charge you again on our own. Paying adds the months you chose to your plan. Pro begins the moment the payment is confirmed and ends on the date shown on your billing page. We email you before it ends. If you do nothing, the account returns to the Free plan on that date.

What happens when Starter or Pro ends

Nothing is deleted. The moment a paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan and every resource is capped again at the Free allowance of 256 MB RAM and 0.25 CPU. You then get a 7-day grace period during which everything you had keeps running exactly as before, untouched, so you have time to decide what to do. We email you when the grace period starts and your billing page shows a countdown.

During the grace period you can choose, on your billing page, which one application and one database to keep — that is what the Free plan includes. If you do not choose, we keep your oldest application and your oldest database for you. Creating a new application or database is refused while you are over the Free allowance, whether or not you are still in grace.

Once the 7-day grace period ends, anything beyond your one kept application and one kept database is stopped, not deleted. Its container, volumes, and data all remain exactly as they were; only starting it again is refused until you either upgrade again or free up room by removing something else. Upgrading at any point, during or after grace, restores the larger limits and starts everything that now fits back up automatically.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the code you deploy, the data you store, and any content your application serves, including having the right to use it. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials safe and for the security of your application. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Backups

We back up the platform so we can recover the service itself. Backups of your databases are a feature you configure and control; where you have not configured one, assume none exists. Restores you perform are your own responsibility. We may be unable to recover data you delete.

Availability

We do not offer a service level agreement, an uptime guarantee, or compensation for downtime. The service runs on a single region and maintenance may interrupt it. Current status is published at status.

Limits and misuse

Plan limits are enforced by the platform. We may suspend or throttle a resource, an account, or a deployment that damages the platform or other customers, or that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy. Where it is safe to do so we contact you first.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. See Cancellation & Refunds. We may end the agreement for a breach of these terms, and will give notice and a chance to export your data unless doing so would harm others.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and take effect for a period you buy after that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
