Not allowed
- Anything unlawful under Saudi law, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or operating an open relay.
- Attacking anyone, from here or elsewhere: scanning, denial of service, brute forcing.
- Cryptocurrency mining, or any workload whose purpose is to consume resources rather
than serve an application.
- Working around plan limits: extra accounts or workspaces to obtain more free quota,
or tampering with the platform to raise your own limits.
- Storing or distributing content you have no right to distribute.
- Interfering with the platform or with other customers' workloads.
Resource use
Plan limits are enforced. Sustained use that destabilises shared infrastructure may be
throttled or suspended even when it is inside your plan's numbers.
Enforcement
We may suspend a resource, an account or a deployment that breaches this policy. Where
the breach is not causing active harm we contact you first and give you a chance to fix
it. Serious cases — active attacks, malware, illegal content — are suspended immediately
and may be reported to the authorities.
