There is nothing to cancel in the usual sense: nothing renews automatically and no card is stored. Not paying again ends Pro on its end date. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
Within 7 days: if you have bought Pro and are not satisfied, write to support@royat.io within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, provided the account has not been used to breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
After 7 days: we do not refund time already used. If we end the service or cannot deliver it, we refund the unused portion of the current period.
Faults: if a platform fault prevented you from using what you paid for, tell us and we will extend the period or refund it, at your choice.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method by our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We will confirm by email and the refund appears on your billing page.
We do not pro-rate a month that has begun, except in the two cases above.
